Every product we sell is 100% genuine and comes with the official manufacturer warranty. We do not sell replicas or grey-market products. What you see is what you get.
We accept eSewa, FonePay, and Cash on Delivery. We deliver across Nepal within 2–3 business days. Free delivery on all orders.
Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days across Nepal. Kathmandu Valley orders may arrive sooner. Orders placed before 12 PM are processed the same day.
Delivery is free on all orders. No minimum order value required.
We deliver to all districts across Nepal including Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Lalitpur, Pokhara, Chitwan, Butwal, Birgunj, Biratnagar, and more.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email (if provided). Our team will contact you on your phone number before delivery.
All Anker and Soundcore products come with an 18-month official warranty from the date of purchase.
All UGreen products come with a 24-month (2-year) official warranty from the date of purchase.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, or misuse.
To claim warranty, contact us at thewhitefox080@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the process.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve it promptly.
Product defects after delivery are covered under the manufacturer warranty. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for details.
